  • Uploaded content: Product images you upload for rendering. These are stored temporarily to process your renders.
  • Generated content: The marketing assets we generate for you, stored as downloadable ZIP bundles.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, render counts, and general interaction patterns to improve the service.
  • Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe or Polar). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Reimagix service, including rendering assets and managing your account
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts)
  • Improve the platform based on usage patterns and feedback
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your uploaded product images for any purpose other than generating your requested renders.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Uploaded product images are retained for rendering purposes and are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Generated ZIP bundles are available for download and are retained for 30 days after generation.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Payment processing: Stripe or Polar for handling payments and subscriptions
  • Authentication: Google OAuth for optional social sign-in
  • Email delivery: Transactional email service for account notifications
